Refund policy

At DENIM MEN, we want you to love what you wear. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

Exchanges: We offer free size exchanges (subject to availability). To request an exchange, contact us at denimmenapparel@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-returnable items: Sale items, accessories, and items that show signs of wear are not eligible for return.

COD orders: For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. Please share your bank details when raising a return request.
